Name Those Puppies 2013!

There were almost 300 entries in our contest to “Name The Puppies” at the Rutgers Ag Field Day! The most popular “girl” name? Oreo. And the most popular “boy” name? Brownie. But, (drum roll please!) . . . what were the winning names chosen by Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue? Meet Chicken & Biscuit!

NamedPuppiesThese two sweet pups were rescued  by the volunteers of Cold Nose Warm Heart when they were in Virgina doing a transport. The kind people of the South fed those volunteers . . .  (you guessed it) Chicken and Biscuits!

The pups are doing great and are STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. They plan to make their debut next Saturday at the Newton, NJ PetSmart. Please contact the rescue group at: if you are interested in them or any of the other wonderful pups they have for adoption!

Thanks to everyone for participating in our “Name The Puppies” contest. Our eight (yes, that’s correct – there were EIGHT) winning contestants will be notified by email.
