Not Your Ordinary Yard Sale

We’re just beginning to go through this year’s merchandise donations, but I wanted to share some quick pics now. This year’s yard sale fundraiser is going to be a.m.a.z.i.n.g. There’s a lot of beautiful, brand new items (some in the original box and some with tags) perfect for gifts – Williams Sonoma, Fitz & Floyd, Britto, Pampered Chef, Tevana, Waterford, Pottery Barn, plus original handcrafted pottery, too!

I can’t wait to go thru the rest of the stuff; this is just a portion of what we’ll have available. I see many ‘typical’ yard sale items, too: furniture, small appliances, electronics, books, lots of kitchen items – and many pet-related items, for sure!

Of course, we can’t give pricing online for these items, as there’s way too many to get ready for this big event. This year it’s not only us, but several neighbors on our street and another street around the block!

Make sure to get here early to get the good stuff (I’ll keep posting photos as we continue to unpack and discover.)

WHAT:  A collaboration of neighbors having yard sales on the same two days.

PLUS, A SPECIAL SURPRISE! On both days, CAPIC Cat Rescue will be showcasing kittens at the #5 Wyckoff location! There will be applications available for folks interested in adopting (but no on-site adoptions, as the kittens still need to be spayed/neutered prior to going to their forever families.)

WHERE:  Whitehouse Station, NJ (Wyckoff Road & Old Readington Road)

WHEN:  Friday, Aug 11 & Saturday, Aug 12  •  9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Rain or Shine)

WHY:  To have fun, to keep stuff out of the landfill and (for all items sold @ #5 Wyckoff) to build our Spay/Neuter Fund!

PET ITEMS: We have dozens of collars, leashes and harnesses in ALL sizes – cats to dogs w/28″ necks; almost all are new w/tags (and priced for quick sale!) There are dog clothes, toys, bowls and many other items for cats, dogs, small pets and horseback riding. Click HERE to see a short slideshow of some of the items.

  1. Do you need more sellable goods? I may have stuff for you (no clothes). I’ve been to your sale a couple times and am a volunteer w Capic and FOSRAS.

    Thanks!
