Being Responsible For Rover

Yesterday, Lola and I spent a delightful afternoon with the Brownies of Troop 80847. Lola helped show them how to safely greet an unknown dog and we all played’s new game, Responsible 4 Rover. The girls discovered that it takes commitment – and Lola Loot (cash) – to care for a pup. Of course, we discussed the importance of ♀Spay & ♂Neuter and the many ways that they can help to reduce the numbers of animals in our shelters.

Then each of the girls surprised us by giving us a donation of food or treats or toys! We will make sure to get them to our canine friends at the various rescue groups and shelters that we help! Thank you Troop 80847!

Enjoy the photos that capture our afternoon of fun and learning . . .
